    This section may seem like it contains legal functions outside what I can demand. That is because these are not just my terms. What I mean to do is provide what little legal knowledge I have that is relevant to help explain some of my terms. Don't worry about it too much. Just don't be a douchebag and try to screw me and I promise I will do everything to give you excellent service at a fair price.

    All artwork supplied would require a written guarantee that you own or are licensed to use any IP that I am asked to depict(email works fine). You or your company would retain ownership of any IP was not under ownership (mine or otherwise) previous to the agreed upon project. I would own the original copyright to any piece I create and may use it in my portfolio. Copyright or no, I would not retain the right to use your IP for commercial use, even if I do own the artwork. You would be granted upon final payment license for commercial use of any commissioned artwork indefinitely. This license does not extend past the agreed upon project unless otherwise stated. You may not sell the rights to any artwork provided by Loremeer Studios. All transactions are final. If you decide that you don't want a piece before the final copy is sent, all payments you have made are non-refundable, however you will not have to make any further payments for that piece.

    For individual pieces over $100 I require half the agreed upon price before beginning. The rest may be paid after you have the finished piece in the requested format. For pieces $100 and under, the full payment will be required before I begin. Do not send the first payment until I have replied to your order. If for some reason I decide not to work for you I may not be able to send it back. If requested, I will send low resolution updates on paintings during the process to allow communication in adjustments before a piece is completed so that the finished version is to your liking.
